Well, it looks like mine randomly started working again as well. Can confirm hitting the F8 keyboard light key does NOT show an indication on screen. It just rotates through Bright/Dim/Off. My swift 5 backlight for the keyboard suddenly not working. Fn + F8 also doesn't seems to make it back light up.
Note: The laptop was docked and connected to an external keyboard during the entire update process. It might not have installed the driver due to that. Things I've tried: -Restarting. -Uninstalling all devices under "keyboards" category using device manager and restarting (clicked show hidden devices)
